Interior design & specification, made simpler.

We help property developers create considered, cohesive interiors, without the time and complexity of managing every design decision themselves.

Choose the level of support you need - from establishing the overall design direction, through to a complete specification, sourcing and procurement.

A DESIGN DIRECTION THAT WORKS

Three considered Looks. Endless possibilities.

We’ve created the distinctive interior styles, each with. its own colour palette, materials, finishes and character. They provide a strong design foundation for your development, while allowing the final scheme to be tailored to the property location and target buyer.

Soft Contemporary

Fresh, understated and timeless.

A soft contemporary scheme built around warm neutrals, clean lines and refined detailing, with brushed nickel and chrome finishes.

Warm Modern Classic

Warm, sophisticated and considered.

A balance of contemporary design and classic detailing, brought together through warmer tones and brushed brass finishes.

Dark & Refined

Rich, atmospheric and distinctive.

A more dramatic scheme with depth and contrast, combining rich tones with bronze finishes for a sophisticated, characterful interior.
