Why should I stage my property for sale?
It’s said that around 9 out of 10 people struggle to imagine how they’d live in an empty space. When a property is bare, even the most beautiful features can feel cold or hard to connect with. Through thoughtful staging, we help buyers see — and feel — the potential.
We show them where they might curl up with family for a movie night, how easily their dining table could fit for Sunday lunches, or how peaceful a bedroom feels with the right layout. Our designs breathe life and warmth into every room, transforming blank walls into spaces that feel like home.
Staging not only helps buyers fall in love with your property, it also helps you sell faster and achieve the best possible price — all while making your home stand out from the rest.

What is your minimum rental period? And can I extend?
Our Staging for sale service has a minimum rental period of 6 weeks.
You may wish to extend your rental period for a number of reasons, which could include; leaving the staging in place until contracts are exchanged, the market is slow, or you have other units on the same development that the staged home is helping to sell.
Extensions are no problem! We typically charge 1/3rd of the original staging price per calendar month. Just give us a call to discuss.

How quickly can you stage my property?
We can usually stage your property within 7–10 days of signing your contract.
Of course, the more notice we have, the better — it gives us time to curate a bespoke staging package that’s perfectly matched to your property and target buyer.
If you’re still in the middle of a build or refurbishment, even better. Get in touch while the work’s underway — once we have your plans, we’ll take care of the rest. It’s one less thing on your list when the project nears completion, and you can relax knowing the final presentation is already in hand.

What is included and excluded in your staging packs?
Our staging-for-sale packs include everything needed to create a warm, stylish, and welcoming space — furniture, soft furnishings, table lamps, accessories, wall art, and non-electrical ceiling shades.
Items not included in our standard packages are window dressings and hard-wired electrical light fittings. Professional photography isn’t included either, but we work closely with trusted property photographers and can happily arrange this service on your behalf.

What can we expect from your staging service?
Once contracts are signed and payment is received, we’ll agree on a staging date, and your designer will share a mood board showing the furniture and accessories selected for your property.
We’ll manage all the ordering and logistics, including collecting keys the day before installation. On staging day, our team will carefully place each item, style every space, and add those finishing touches that make the property feel like home.
Staging typically takes one full day, although larger properties (five bedrooms or more) may take two to three days, depending on the number of rooms. We remove and responsibly dispose of all packaging, leaving your property clean, styled, and ready for viewings.
At the end of the rental period, our same trusted team will collect the keys and remove all items, returning the property to its original condition. The only evidence of our work may be a few small pin holes from artwork — and, hopefully, a quicker, more profitable sale or let.

Do you provide virtual staging?
We understand that virtual staging and CGI imagery can be useful tools for off-plan or pre-build marketing, but when it comes to selling a finished property, there’s simply no substitute for the real thing.
When buyers step into a cold, empty space after viewing beautifully rendered images online, that sense of excitement can quickly disappear. Doubts start to creep in — Where would the sofa go? Will our furniture fit? Does it feel as spacious as it looked?
Physical staging creates an emotional connection that virtual imagery can’t replicate. It allows buyers to experience the warmth, scale, and lifestyle of the property the moment they walk through the door — turning interest into genuine desire, and viewings into offers.
